I was wondering of anyone has a link for a complete tear down for a penn 130

haven't, but should be the same as the smaller internationals.

I've done the 130ST and if you look at the several 80 and 50 write-ups here you have all the necessary information, even though they are not exactly the same.
Just keep the exact schematic to hand and, as I found, if you take apart the two-speed changer thingie in the hollow shaft that has the drive gear on the end, you're in for a fun time putting those itty little bits back in place down that long dark tunnel
