Shimano Bantam MGL Handle Play

Hello guys, i've a problem with my Bantam MGL.
I can turn the handle a bit "backwards" also it makes this horrible clicking sound.

There has to be play somewhere, the drive shaft play is not much more compared to a friends Bantam.
Does it come from the anti reverse?

How can i fix/minimise this problem?
