From ORCA:
J.A. Coxe "No.1415L" by Bronson/Coxe
"This high-grade 150 yd. "Cross Bolt Take-Apart" model was also introduced in 1948. Equipped with Coxe star drag and free spool, lightweight Bakelite spool and a counterbalanced handle with a single grip. These would last be seen in our 1954 Bronson catalog. ..."

This reel is the same size as the 1115L I posted earlier. I was interested in the Cross Bolt Take-Apart feature that my freshwater Coxe reels have. They all cast very nicely so I was curious about this one. I also picked up a 1420L "Squidding Reel", a wider 200yrd version.

I wish I could get to casting these reels to post results/thoughts, but it'll be a while yet before I'll be able to do that.

Steve had asked about the clutch arrangement in the 1115L. The 1415L has the same design and I photo'd it with pinion engaged and retracted for FS, respectively (photo's mislabeled).
