I am trying to clean up  a 4/0. The drag washers are stuck in main gear, how do I remove them. Thanks.

Keta

Soak it in 50/50 acetone and AFT then push them out.
Hi, my name is Lee and I have a fishing gear problem.

I have all of the answers, yup, no, maybe.

Likewise.
I slide/hammer/pry the main gear off the gear sleeve (as gently as possible  ;) ) - usually by resting half the underside of the main gear on my vise and tapping the sleeve with a nylon hammer.
Once the gear's off the sleeve, flip the main gear over and, using an old flat-head screwdriver as a punch, tap the inside edge of the first keyed metal washer until it loosens, then move onto the second keyed metal washer.
I then slide a sharp dental tool under the edge of the bottom HT-100, and work it around until it lifts.
Hope that makes sense...  ;)
Good luck, Justin
