Just a quick note to thank u for all the good advice n tips u provide for free, i have been fishing offshore for better part of 30 years, allways maintained my own gear, well i have learned ive been doing somthings right and alot wrong lol, so far this winter have totally revamped 23 reels off my boat, and its become like a drug lol, just did one reel (from a calif manufacture) that if i didnt remove seals from bearings would of turned into ugly mess-bone dry...never have opened up sealed bearings before , now i open them all. thanks again.....Mike N

welcome!  you know, i had a kid that worked at the harbor at west palm beach, florida.  he wanted to ask me about fishing reel repair but was afraid that he would cut into my business, um, here in california.  you know, if both of you fixed just the reels that came out of your marina, you would still never run out of reels!
send me an email at alantani@yahoo.com for questions!

Forget about all the reasons why something may not work. You only need to find one good reason why it will.

Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.
