@Wompus Cat , I finally got it on the water in Destin and It worked Perfectly!  Between the Penn Leveline and the Bay City, the Bay City was the clear winner.  Thank You again for doing what you did for me.  I feel Inhave paid my Dad the Homage he deserves!
