anti reverse dog springs for a 540-S newell.

Hi folks,
  Looking for a spring for the anti reverse dogs in my 540 S series.  The springs do not appear to be identical.  I do not have a drawing for this reel.  The spring for the upper(left side if the sleeve is at the bottom) is tweaked and will not stay in place.  Three turns of the shaft and the short end pops out.  I need a source for these springs.

Does it appear to be the same dog spring on the right of the gear sleeve?

3-315 is the part number and both are the same. Works on all newells.
I last bought some from Causeway Bait and Tackle in NY. They have a web site.
