Newell Spool

HI,
Just joined the forum and I have a question on a Carl Newell Spool.  I have this spool for awhile and do not know what reel it will fit. It is marked CN and the spool measure 3-5/8" in width and 3-3/8" in diameter.
Any help is greatly appreciated,

Hi Dean,

Can you post a photo of the spool and the length of the shaft on either end of the spool.  This will help determine if it's for a Newell or Penn reel.

Most Newell spools for Penn reels have a small dot of paint on the side
