I have a Daiwa Tanacom 750 (2019) It has worked great.....until last year. The left side plate came loose after playing a halibut in my rod holder (Scotty Stryker) I am now trying to repair the damage. I have the set plate removed from the left side plate (black plastic housing). Three small screws fell out while I was removing the set plate, I assume these held on the side plate (?), although the Daiwa schematic does not show these screws. When I reassemble the reel is it a good idea to use Thread locker on these screws? Is Thread locker used for all the screws at the factory? Is it common for the side plate to come loose? (My first post!)
