Mystery Box -- Trapper Tackle Offset Wide Gap Hook

Recently, my son received his Bass Mystery Box which was a Christmas subscription gift from his brother-in-law.  In the box was a package of Trapper Tackle Offset Wide Gap Hook (see attached).  I was wondering if anyone has used them and what were your impression.
