huge striper with ultra light JS rod

I tested ultra light JS rod for huge striper on the Ebb Tide out of Montauk on diamond jig last evening.
The ultra light rod looks fragile. But I wanted to test the rod beyond its limit to know the strength.
I was delighted to use such a light rod and  impressed with the performance of the rod for big striper.
