Good morning nice people,

I lont ime didnt fishing after my lovely grandpa passe away.
After that, al equipment was sold by my mom and shes sister.
Im sorry tat happened, he had many amazing DAM old all aluminium reels like 4000, 5001, 33N, and aothers.
I passionately watching these reels and my grandpa how he dissasambling them.

I remember screws on models like 4000 and 5001 if you just bit overforce them, screws eat thread on body.
Hope new Quick 4000 FD limited edition is better this way.

I was impressed with old DAM alu reels interior, and because of that and my grandpa memories, and because I love ALU ones, I bought new Quick 4000 FD limited edition as remembring to my grandpas time when we spent tons of nights on fishing, and these looks simillar.

Now my kids forcing me to fishing here on sea, and we already started and good fishing love energy is returning....

Sea fishes just small ones so far.

In past, on big river Drava, absolutely all kind of them.
