PENN 130 VIS - Skipping

When reeling in high gear, the reel is skipping.

I'm guessing the springs and the crossblock and possibly the gears need replacing??

Thoughts?  I don't have the reel yet.

I've got the reel in hand and will tear into it to see what I can find.  I can't get it to replicate the skipping while the reel is on the bench....but two people who used it said it was skipping.

The high speed gear and the gear shift key show signs of wear.
