I'm new to Alan's group here, have been servicing and repairing rods & reels since ~1960. All of my fishin' gear became lost to time due to Vietnam, college, career, marriage, etc.
However, thus far, we've been blessed in finding pristine rods, reels, and tackle just like we had in our youth.
Being a Michigander, names like Shakespeare, Bronson, and Helin are closest to my fishin' heart's desire.

Any good manuals/spec/parts documents on Shakespeare 2952/2062 spinners, President and 1969 EB bait casters, mid 1960's automatic fly reels, Bronson Spin King 700, Mate 900,and Pilot 925 reels would be more than greatly appreciated. Also, we've signed up at ORCA.

Again, thank you!.... just picked up a 7 reel box of some reel classics for $25,and this quite clean Garcia AbuMatic 170 was in the box.

Great choices to start a collection with! If my 1st vintage reel was a 2062 the collection may be smaller or I would have alot more 2062s
