I was visiting my daughter and having fun with my grandkids then we have to drive home when hurricane Beryl hit Houston
No damage to my home or my son house ,only a big tree in front of my son house felled ,lucky no damage to person or property
We lost power right on first hour when storm come and just got power back last night .Without power and very weak signal on cell phone ,can not talk but can only text to relative that we are OK .In one week with out power people cry so bad but me i'm OK ,I could go fishing but all lake around here are closed ,water is too high boat ramp also closed no gas station is open, whole city of Houston, galveston have no power
Right away I took my little Honda generator out ,have not use it in 5 years and still have half tank of old gas,it start right away after a few pull ,enough power to run refrigerator ,freezer and a fan to cool down .i sleep on floor as it is cooler by day I spend most of time to clean up after storm, doing car and lawn equipment maint .One week going fast

Honda is the best.

If they made chainsaws and snowmobiles —- they would likely own the market within 5 years.

I have a generator, pressure washer, mower, and wood splitter with Honda power plants.  Used to have a 1970 Honda Mini-Trail 70 and a smaller generator.  Gave those both away —- and they are still running.

They are slightly more expensive than the competition —-but end up being quite a bit cheaper because we only have to buy them once.
