We have these new birds at our pond
joining our ducks to feast on the army worms. The closest thing on google I can find is a "Curlew"?
I havent seen any army worms in the grass but they are eating something all day long. Also, while
Googling found a you tube"Duck Academy" a rice farmer  in Thailand uses his ducks to rid the rice paddies of insects. They are trained by a whistle to unload/load up on the trailer. We have noticed our ducks are pretty smart, entertaining to watch, & love lettuce.

There's a curlew Rd here in Pinellas county. I assumed it was someone's last name.

If the road was named Bristle-Thighed Curlew, I would be tempted to move there :)

The joke/pun escaped me.  So I gave it a chuckle in case it was funny and I don't get it.   ;D  Dominick
Leave the gun.  Take the cannolis.

There are two things I don't like about fishing.  Getting up early in the morning and boats.  The rest of it is fun.
