I added custom parts including special side plate screws from the UK. A aluminum idler and a ceramic Paul. I changed the brake pieces to tune the backlash and ceramic bearings. The trick was installing stainless gears and were very hard to find.

so basically i need to geta used revo to harvest for the steel gears?
