Enjoyed it.  From Taiwan.  Blank making process interesting; ditto the painting.  I'd like to learn more about the painting part.   As far as building the rod, all looked like what I've done myself, although the machinery is vastly different.  I liked the part about the gal eyeballing the line of the guides; evidently, they are wrapped just tight enough to allow slight guide re-alignment before the varnish/epoxy stage; that rotator was something.

There are several more videos out there on youtube from different small shops building rods.

The ones I viewed were following the similar or same processes. They use different tooling technologies, which I suspect were purchased when the companies got their start. 

I don't recall any that focused on painting the blanks.
