Betty at ORCA helped me make the payment and join initially.  Then I tried for over a year to figure out how to get access to the library.  Every time I'd contact them for help they would send another copy of the instructions that I could not get to work.  I think I've gotten too old for the Old Reel Collectors Association.

Nah, access to the Harvey Garrison Library is pretty simple, actually. Been there numerous times. One just has to remember that it requires a different password (and maybe username) than the regular ORCA login.
