Love me some BF Collar, it's the only time I cook BF.

Real simple:

Teriyaki Garlic Glaze
Lemon Peper Spice
Gound Pepper
Apple Wood Smoke

Low heat using the indirect method in a Weber or Green Egg style kettle for approx. 2 hours. 200 degrees max.
