new reel prefishing maintenance?

i've got a new stella 4000fe and a tiagra 50wwlrsa coming on tuesday. both will be fished constantly on the beach for the upcoming big hammer challenge around the boca grande area. how can insure they last as long as possible even when exposed to surf/sand? (grease internals of tiagra, plus grease all screws etc.? as for the stella just oil, right?)

For the spinning reel you will need to pack the bearings with a mixture of yam grease and corrosion x (red bottle)
