Hi All,

PHONES:
Beginning of June we had some issues with phones

Skype ended and Microsoft didn't carry skype ph# into Teams ph# like it seemed they would

So it was temporarily ported over to be a 3rd line at the shop with Comcast, so that we wouldn't loose the 488 #

Then I ported it out to GoTo (which is working great, great sound, honestly a better system than Skype was)
and Comcast when porting out that single number CLOSED OUT OUR TWO OFFICE PHONES so they went "not valid" when someone called in. They took all the numbers off the account instead of just the one.

So they were dead for half a day until we got it back the way it should be.

All phones now work during the assigned hours posted on our website.


WEBSITE:
On 6/11/25 our SSL went down for about 8 hours because hosting forgot to renew & install.
They paid for the SSL as an apology

If you logged in on THAT day and keep getting the not safe page when you try to go back?

Go to settings in your browser
and clear the cache so that all old pages/images are gone
Then reload (or reboot PC or Phone)
And that should clear that out.

Site is fully secured again it was just out for a bit part of that one day as we don't won't use it when there's no SSL

Been a fun month with tech issues.

Yeah I toyed with the idea of doing a GoDaddy personal site
and um..no thanks

Don't envy you that headache!


 

Solid fast connection here in Vancouver BC. 

GoTo is great for the tech line. App on a PC or my cell, or in a web browser. No equipment and the monthly fee isn't bad at all.

Sound has been great so far per these first week of calls, so knowing it works farther out is awesome!
