Shimano TLD 25 reel handle play

Any way to correct a bit of play in the reel handle that is not related to the handle attachment being loose. It seems to be  from the bushing ( not sure of pt#) in the side plate (165) ? Appreciate any advice.

The bashing wears out. You need to replace the side plate as the bushing does not remove. They are not that expensive from shimano.
