Eggs Gobble-gobble

 leftover  stuffing with two poached (or fried)  eggs on top slathered in turkey gravy

I make a dryish chunky toasty sourdough stuffing with sage sausage so it works nice

but if you make a wetter stuffing which I like juuuust fine- I crisp that up in skillet first like hash

I'm going to go back to bed now and sleep this off

I'm thinking  a leftover slider platter lunch. On the nice soft rolls that hopefully my son did not eat all of.

Between the ham, turkey, the relish/cheese plate and all the fixings even hot gravy for dipping there are countless combination possibilities.
