Hello,
I'd like to address a question that's been bugging me for a very long time.
I'll start by saying that I own almost all the spinning reels produced by ZANGI of Turin for the renowned ORVIS brand, as well as all the related catalogs from 1950 to 1982.
After many years of searching, I still haven't found an ORVIS 151 for my collection. I'm referring to the right-handed crank model, unlike the more common 150.
This reel was listed in the 1966 catalog and was immediately replaced by the 150A/151A in 1967.
I'm asking anyone who owns one to post some photos to make this "ghost" real.
Best regards from center Italy.
I love fishing, but even more I love old fishing gear...
If needed, I'm available for information on old Italian reels.

I can't help with your search, but just wanted to see if you could post some more photos of your collection and cabinetry. It looks like something really special.
Thanks !
