I've never seen a metric hammer, but my dad, who was a southpaw, claimed to own a complete set of left-handed pipe wrenches.
Nine of the eleven voices in my head are telling me to go fishing today.

I worked with a guy that could destroy an anvil....he got promoted out of the group.For his going away gift I got a mini anvil from harbor freight & painted it gold  ;D

Southpaw? Most of us, at least where I'm from, call 'em "wrong handed". :D My mom was "wrong handed", but she did most things like golf, fishing, etc. right handed because in the early days they couldn't afford to buy left handed equipment.  :)

On the original question, have a look at Vessel screwdrivers. Specifically their Ball Grip line. Made in Japan, very good quality, large comfortable handle, price isn't extortionate.
