Mitchell 314 Bail Clearance

Hey guys,
Just need some ideas on what to try and in which order. Handle comes close (and I mean really close) every 5th turn. Bail shape or planamatic gear issue? You can see in last pic the spot where it has hit in the past.

Just install a spacer washer where the crank handie screws into the drive gear axle.

If you don't have one, I'll send one at no charge.
