How did that one happen? Best guess; Someone used it to break their fall.
Fishing tackle is an art form and all fish caught on the right tackle are"Gfish"!

A drop, fall-breaker, or someone may have accidentally reversed into it at the dock/boat ramp?

At any case glad to say, she shrugged it off with nary a blink.
