Does anyone here live near Blaine's Farm & Fleet? I want a clearance item, they only ship FEDEX, the shipping is 4x the item I want- UNREAL!!!

I just bought an espresso machine part from Italy, shipped by FedEx. Shipping was only $21, about 1/3 the cost of the part, but now FedEx in Pasadena, Ca. is hassling me about not receiving a 2-weeks ago payment, talkin 'bout me being late and I have the check copy. Oh-boy, another hour on the phone sorting out who, what, where, an error was made.
