i was out of town and didn't see that deal until it was too late, oh well, i don't need another reel anyway

I have been trying to control my gear addiction,  but couldn't pass up some N.O.S. gear sets. Newell 500/112h 5:1 will be going into my Red T3N, and I'm switching the Newell 4:1 gear set for the new Accurate 4:1 set.

Picked up a couple Daiwa Laguna rods from Dunham's on clearance - $31 each. Feels like a lot of rod for the money.

i didn't buy this recently but i've had it since 2012ish. i haven't used it in over 10 years.



im new to servicing and repairing reels so i was looking through old boxes in my garage for reels i could disassemble for practice.  i completely forgot that i had it. while looking for its schematics, i saw that they're now selling for $200+ on eBay. apparently they're discontinued and people are fond of the rear drag feature? not really sure what i want to do with it, i just thought it was kind of funny and lucky.
