9.6ft 20to30lb line but some rods builders use the blank for 50lb the rod is for 5000 size reels,,,

I have the 10' Suzuki blank . It was rated 20-30 lbs test but now they rated only 10-20 on there rod . Black hole rod using non Fuji guides and too few guides . The 9' 6" rated higher

I have had the fuji guides crack in cold weather,,,,,like 15f to 30f,,,,so that's ok having different guides?
