700 Drag Washer stuck

while servicing my only 700 I tried to remove the drag washer it appears to be asbestos? It is stuck & looks like I will destroy it trying to remove it

Maybe you can get something underneath it and work it loose. Might be a good idea to replace it anyway, they can get stuck almost like glue and the only way they come out is in pieces

Yet I tried a scribe its falling apart,mystic shows a Teflon replacement,I might have to mic it & look at ACE fer one unless Swami knows the size already
