Received a delivery from our Northern California supplier today.. Box was feather light. Only paper inside, not thousands of Bryan Young stainless steel washers for Penn and Newell reels. If any start showing up, please let us know as we want to catch the thief if one was involved. Just so everyone knows...as Bryan was a beloved member of this site and friends with many of you...... Bryan's family receives money from every kit we sell. I made several promises to Bryan and will always keep them.  Thank you in advance for being on the lookout.. Ken

  Was the box still sealed ?   Possible mistake on the suppliers end ?

Well that stinks. I'm on a few fishing sites every day, so will do Ken. Were they already packaged or loose?

Talked to the company and the person who packed them. They are in HD plastic bags by reel/washer type. They are sending a new order as soon as they can make new washers as well as handling the insurance claim on their end. We get deliveries all the time from them (same company Bryan used) and have had zero issues. Thanks for responding 

Mystic Reel Parts, Hi Fish Gear and Brian's Fishing Supply are well stocked with most kits. PM if you need a kit they do not carry
