Detachable leg and foot, Sergio DiMarco has sent me down another Italian reel rabbit hole with this one.

Anybody ever handled one of these? Is the spool specific to this model or does it interchange with more common Zangi models?

I was able to confirm that the spool is specific to this model of reel. I can't fathom why Zangi bothered to make a different shell with a different style of spool and drag, for a contract job out of Miami FL.
