Surgical Tubing for Bail Bumper

Has anyone used surgical tubing for bail bumper on Garcia Mitchell 306 or others that require the tube style bumper? If so, would you please share the tubing specs that worked for you? Thanks!

Surgical tubing will work —- fuel line tubing works better.  Available at any good hardware store that also works on chainsaws, mowers, etc.

Cheap and effective.

I just buy a foot or so of various sizes every few years.  Cut it with an X-acto knife.

I use it on various brands of spinners like DAM Quicks, Mitchell's, etc.
