TGT1303 and TGT1304

I am just started working on a buddy's Trinidad 20 and 30 tonight and saw this 1304 Spring and 1304 Pawl is a good upgrade are these parts still available ?

My 2c, they were good upgrades back when high performance compact overheads didn't really exist and people were fishing reels like the Trinidad and Daiwa Saltists close to, or beyond, their capabilities. Nowadays, better to fish them within their constraints and use a more suitable reel if you need something more powerful.
