Great find!  No issues shooting for the moon with 5k asking price if you dont mind waiting a few decades to sell it  , but expect something in the 2k or less range if it goes to auction.

Nothing about what I've seen him do has been rude or inappropriate so I see no need to roast him. I agree he's asking too much. But a lot of people ask too much for things, and eventually lower their price to something reasonable, or accept a reasonable offer. Time will tell.

Time and sorting out any offers will be a good teacher.

Eventually, all things find their own level —- including our hoped for expectations.

No need to be "tackle snobs" —- the market will run the show, however it goes.
