My Daiwa hyper tanacom 500 motor keeps running wont stop! does anyone have any ideas what is the problem? any help would would be much appreciated

Any indication that the switches have collapsed under the membrane?  Any moisture under the display
cover?
Specialist Daiwa reel service, including Magseal, MQ series body plates, and every other "improvement" that Daiwa Marketing (sorry... I meant Engineering) Dept comes up with!
