Salmo S4000 reel

Hello, I decided to service my reel by cleaning and greasing it, but after reassembling it, there was a metal washer left, which is the same as the ones that fill the gap on the gear wheel (crown), but when I put it there, the reel has a hard ride and rumbles, it takes up too much of the gap and I have no idea where else this washer could be. Does anyone have any knowledge of this reel model?

Do you have a schematic ? Seems like every time I don't take pictures, my spinners always take a little longer to get back together lol.  Maybe try under the main gear? Usually, there's a washer on top of the main gear, under the bushing or bearing on your typical spinning reel. Sometimes there's two sandwiched(side by side) in one place. And then I've also saw a shim, before the main gear goes in sitting on the inside housing cover.

I have a diagram, I attached it in the message. One washer is number 35 and the other is number 40 and the last three are number 49, but with the three together the reel spins hard and sticks, when I put only the two, the reel spins smoothly. I can't find a use for it anywhere else. If anyone has an idea where it could be in the reel, except on the gear wheel (crown).

Well, could it possibly be #20?  Did you have the roller assembly disassembled? - john
