Here is another from the Ugly Reel Lot.
I wanted to get started on sourcing the broken Bakelite? rings that were damaged.
Thinking of going with machined UHMW or HDPE copies. The UHMW has color choices depending on the filler content.
One other issue is that the handle does not seem to be original based on the patina difference.
The handle does not drive the spool at all. I think maybe I am missing some parts there, hopefully just a tension washer or two.
If you noticed that the the spool was missing in the parts pictures, I set it aside and forgot to include it in the picture. I may clean that part up first.
