I have an older Penn 114h that has posts and the drags can be accessible from the side plate. I bought it used from the grand kids of the original owner with a cracking side ring and 3 old drags. It was collecting dust until now. I have the same reel but I am wondering if the new Penn 114h aluminum frame will work on this old reel?

OP, I think I have a plate for you. Needs a little buffing but no hole in it.
