Accurate Red Frame Need Clamp

Hello all. I have been trying to find a clamp for my accurate red frame Penn 113H reel. I added the frame a few weeks ago but can't seem to find the clamps for the rod attachment. I see one on ebay (see below attachment) but it seems to come with the frame I already have. Anyone know if I can get the clamp or something else similar?? Thanks.
