Casting Noise Coastal 153HL

Hello,
My Daiwa Coastal 153HL is driving me nuts right now. It vibrates and makes a screaming noise when the centriflex is turned up anything past the lowest setting. The freespool on it is amazing, but the noise is annoying me. Any ideas what could be the cause? I suspect it is the brake drum on the side plate, but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks!
