disassembling the eclip (part 66) MXL 4.5 to change "pin support"

Any suggestions (tools process etc.) for removing the eclip from the pin support...i cant seem to figure it out and dont want to break something in the process....?

never mind i got it....lots of work and a pair of hemostats does the trick.....
