After ive bin fishing a lot with the reel, i have found out that it stil reengages when the handle is over the rod. (imagen the rod lays horisontal as when you retreive the lure) its no problem as long as you remember this, i think i'll keep using the handle, and just get used to stop retrieving the right place, and if it starts  bothering me to much ill try to use the original one, and se how it works with dc10 and dc13, just love the fact that it is so easy to retrieve the BIG spinners.

EDIT:
Ended up using the stock handle indsted, it bothered me to much that i had to be nerves of where the handle was, so ges i have to find an other reel for that purpose, and as the rod/reel combo was ment to be used for the big rubber baits, it was also easyer with the stock handle to pic up line faster.

Just made a update in the first post. :)

Beside the new info on the reel the TI Rod are awesome for throwing the big rubber baits :D

Hey, when did that lure box appear?  I love it.  Did you make it?  Do you have your plans that you would like to share...and suppliers for the parts?
:D I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. :D

Do share some picture of your catch with those monster lure ;-)

The tackle box been there all the time, i made it in the summer holiday, where i was working at a factory that makes cleaners for the corn industry, where i took my education as a iron-worker/smith/welder so they also help out with all the supplies for it  ;D

The basic idea of the box is pretty simple, its a rectangular box, with Plexiglass separators that locks together do to grooves down the plates.

If people are interested i can make a more detailed explanation of the box :)

Haven't caught anything really big yet. Biggest on the pounder size bait, (the one showed with the rod) was a 5 pound Nothern pike, beside that i caught a 12½ pound pike on a 10inch red october tube, we had a really poor season last year, and right now we have the coldest march in 26 years, so everything is still frozen, so haven´t got much time on the water this year.
