Servicing Titus T-15's?

I have 4 Okuma Titus T-15's that are about 6 years old now.  I know these reels don't have the greatest reputation, but they have always worked for me.  Anyways, this season I've noticed their drags getting very sticky.  Does anyone make replacement drag kits for these reels, preferably carbon fiber.

I've only ever worked on/rebuilt a few reels, mostly old Penn 209's.  The Penns were very simple inside.  Is the level of effort required to rebuild an Okuma about the same?

this is a lever drag, right?  leverdrags are alot more work.  check with okuma to see if they have a carbon fiber drag washer upgrade available.  if not, they may not be worth servicing.
