quantum cayalyst pts 10

i have a pts 10  spinning reel  when i opened up the the drag area i found a ceramic washer a felt washer then a keyed washer in that order from top to bottom. I think it should have been a ceramic washer then the keyed washer then the felt washer right ? i could use all the help i can get because i cant find a schematic for it thanks
