WHat do I have? SMooth drags in this 113h?

I just took apart a 113h I just bought- has been hot-rodded a bit with marrow frame and hi-speed stainless gears.  There was a small washer under main gear- and there are 5 reddish drag washers that are very hard and brittle feeling, almost ceramic.  Are these a smooth drag product?  They are dry, no grease. 


Any reason I should not stick with these?

Does sound like Xtreme Smoothies.  If they are working okay, you can just wait until you wear them out   
Usually they are used dry, but a very light coating of grease is okay too.
