Shimano tsm 2 star upgrade

Im doing reels for friends now  and one of them has a shimano tsm 2 that he wants to change the star out because he doesnt like the clicker system on it. He said it was like a fighting star. Is there anyway to upgrade this or change it out for something else and what would the cost be? I didnt find anything online so i ask my trusty friends here on alantani.com. I can trust you guys with anything in my reel. Thanks.

crud.....  i switched out a fighting star for a regular a long time ago, but it took a new star, a new drive shaft and a bunch of other parts.  find an old schematic somewhere fro a regular version with out the fighting star and let's see what parts are needed.
