Hi all,

Does anyone know if the bridge/shaft assembly from a Pro Gear 545 can be replaced with a Penn part?  If so, what part (i.e. part #)?

Thanks in advance.

I think a Penn 4/O will work. I'm sure Bryan can tell you for sure.

Aloha Jeff yes the 545 bridge can be replaced with the 113H Bridge.
:D I talk with every part I send out and each reel I repair so that they perform at the top of their game. :D

Is there a list anywhere that shows the Penn parts that will fit Pro Gear reels?, There are many people on the site that have Pro Gear reels and it would be a great help.

Thank You

Putting a list of parts will take a little while. But, in short:

Pro Gear 545, 541, 454, 440, 441- Penn 113H

Pro Gear 255, 251 - Penn 500/501/505/506.

Just put Keta's Stainless Dogs in my PG 440 & 454 great fit Thank's Keta.

Will the 113H Stainless shaft fit them also?.

Are you referring to the gear sleeve?  I have tried the 545 yet, so I cannot give you a definitive answer. I know the pg255/251 will fit but you need to grind down the pin slightly so that it will fit.
